
Alvaro is an academic and facilitator specialized in science and technology commercialization as well as innovation management. He has a successful track record in the information technology industry, working with both start-ups and large corporations such as Microsoft. He holds a BSc in Economics from URL, an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE and is a PhD candidate on Innovation Management from the University of Cambridge. He has been a visiting scholar at MIT and the Singapore Management University.Alvaro currently lectures as a visiting lecturer on New Product Development at INCAE and at Universidad Francisco Marroquín on Innovation Management, Organizational Psychology and Research Methods, at the undergraduate, MBA and Executive Education levels. Alvaro has been concentrating lately on facilitating new product development projects for hi-tech companies as well as commercial exploitation of scientific research.

Samuel is an Entrepreneurial Engineer from Universidad Francisco Marroquín. Co-founder, consultant, facilitator and Research Director at Iskra Innovation. His experience includes participating in a wide range of projects. From conducting research for international organizations focused on solving the most pressing challenges of those living at the bottom of the pyramid, to hi-tech industry business model innovation projects. His vast experience concentrates on exploratory research methods applied to commercialization of science and innovation.Samuel also combines his professional development performing as a manager for Restaurants Casa Caela.
